1. Age Requirement
  • You must be 13 years old upon registering.
  • If an account is found to be made by any persons under the age of 13 the account will be deleted
2. Posted Rants
  • Its your rant but it maybe shown by 3rd parties such as other websites or media outlets (CNN, FOX News,   MSNBC, etc) unless your rant is made private.
3. Uploaded Media
  • Profile Picture- Your profile picture is stored on our servers, you can always replace it with another one or delete it and choose one of ours.
  • Pictures can be downloaded from our server or a screenshot can be taken of the screen so please upload wisely.
4. Prohibited Content
  • Pornographic content(links, images, rants) are not allowed.
  • The promotion of underage drinking
  • Promotion of illegal narcotics and the promotion of illegal use of prescription medications.
5. Cyberbullying
  • Cyberbullying or harrasing another individual for the full intent to cause damage or to harm will not be tolerated.

6. Copyright and your rights
  • You own your rants, anyone can "rerant" if it is made public. To prevent this make it private.
7. Private Rants
  • Private rants are rants that cannot be found via search or with a direct link. Only you can see them.
  • Private rants can be made public under a court order with an apporitate warrant from the police.

8. Changes to TOS and Privacy Policy
  • Changes will be made to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as need be.
  • You can always subscribe to changes in your settings page.

1. What we collect upon registration:
  • We colect your first and last name, email, username, password, "About Me", age, gender, IP and user agent.
  • All the information we collect is provided by you ("the user")
2. What is a user agent and why do you collect it?
  • A user agent is information about your computer. A user agent may look like this "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3.5 Linux) KHTML/3.5.10 (like Gecko)(Kubuntu)". This just helps us know where your rant is coming from. This helps us protect the site as well as offer statisics such as "40% of mobile rants come from an iPhone"
3. What is an IP Address and why do you collect it?
  • An IP Address (Internet Protocal Address) is a unique address that is given to you by your ISP (Internet Service Provider). It is used to monitor traffic to the site and to prevent spam. It is an easy way to identify a user.
4. What do you do with my email address?
  • Your email is stored in our database upon registering and helps you retrieve your password if need be.
  • Your email will never be sold, traded, or given away to 3rd parties.
5. Is my password encrypted in your database?
  • Yes, of course it is. Security is very important to us that why your password is hashed before ever enterting our database.
6. What information do you store when I rant?
  • Your username, rant, IP, UA (user agent), session information, and image location.
7. Can advertisors see my information?
  • No the ads are selected with an algorithm to show you something you maybe interested in but advertisers will never be able to see your personal information.
  • Advertisers will however be able to see statistics on their ads. (Usernames will not be displayed nor will IP addresses)
8. Is my profile picture public to everyone?
  • Yes your profile image is public so please upload wisely.
  • You can use one of our images by going to the Select Image Profile page. [You need to be logged in]
9. Private Rants
  • Private rants are rants that cannot be found in search or by a direct link to the rant ID, only YOU can see them when logged in.
  • Private rants are meant for stuff you do not want to publically share but want to "rant" about.
  • If we get a court orded subpoena we will turn over rants that are soley requested. We cooperate with law enforcement.
